The Emission reduction cabinet was specially developed for poultry houses. Heat exchangers in the emission reduction cabinet reuse the heat from the outgoing poultry house air to heat incoming fresh air. This way, the temperature of the outside air can be raised by 5ºC to 20ºC, depending on the outside temperature and the amount of ventilation.
Because the incoming air is preheated, heating costs can be decreased by 60-80%. In addition, the system only consumes electricity, making you less dependent on gas.
Due to the unique construction of the cabinet, the fresh cold air and the warm indoor air do not mix. The only thing exchanged is the heat. During operation, the water in the warm air will condense. The particulate matter from the barn air is absorbed by the condensate and drained through an opening at the bottom of the cabinet.
Due to the fact that the heating requirement is reduced, gas consumption decreases, which in turn reduces CO2 emissions.
